What's new

Welsh Ban

I will be composing my reply to the consultation document this weekend when I've calmed down a bit, I'd recommend others do similar.

indeed. I've set up a draft email ready to be typed up & i'm gonna get some sleep first & think it through.
It'll be difficult to fit it all in a quick email, so many points could be made.

Yup, they are. My local AM Elin Jones (Plaid Cymru) has asked the Health Minister for clear evidence in support of the ban - can't see that happening any time soon.

i have just sent an email to my local MP asking for his support against this ban we will see what becomes.

I would of thought as us vapers are seen as smokers will have a £50 fine.

correct me if i am wrong but i have been told that part of e juice is actually found in an inhaler? If thats true all asmatic will have to go out side to medicate. If not i will build a mech in blue inhaler cases problem solved :)

For those of us who missed the whole debate it's here - and the Minister even talks of enforcing the ban by using the police :angrymob:

What the hell is this Island coming to? Plus I never thought I'd find myself agreeing with the Tories -shame-

:umm: looks like on me own here LOL but i am in favour of a ban on vaping in public places. i.e. if your in a smoke free zone then make it a vape free zone too.
it would sure clear a lot of confusion.there is a lot of folks out there that don`t understand the difference between smoking and vaping.
a good example is one of the POTV members was attacked on the tube for vaping, yeah maybe the attacker was just a moron looking for trouble or maybe he was confused, either way a moron LOL
also some of these juice`s really do stink :stinker: even my mrs is trying to get me to vape outside the house hehe although i do vape outside when my young nieces come visiting.

How will this stupid legislation affect B&M vape shops? No more indoor juice tryouts before you buy?
