I play mostly Strats (usually heavily modified) but there's something my '62 Tele does that no other guitar can....

I have a beauty of a strat. I've replaced the neck and bridge pickups with hot rails. Play rhythm through a big muff on the neck pickup and it is the most massive sound ever. Record's amazing but live it just sucks everyone else's sound into I black whole.

I've recently whacked several online orders for vape goodies in. I'm gonna be like a kid in a sweet shop when the stuff arrives. I've ordered a heck load of prebuilt coils, Aliens, Hive and such that I've just never attempted to build, I know I don't have the skill for that yet. Happy to leave that to the pros for now. So the fancy coils I went for prebuilt. Lots of various different kinds to try them all out. I was never really confident building coils for my drippers til the last few months or so. I've had drippers for ages but I used to just use my tanks to feel safer, didn't have the confidence in myself or my knowledge to build my own coils, despite I'd done the research over and over. Cue even more research and I finally delved in with the building. So now I've got all sorts on its way. Some extra drippers to go with my collection, as well as a Petri clone, a Fountain RTA (I just liked the look of it in white so it went in the basket with the rest.) Various kinds of cotton, Cotton Bacon V2.0, Kendo Gold as recommended by lovely apes on here, some cases to store all of these coils in, I'm slowly but surely being overrun. Pink heatshrink for my batteries, they don't need to be re-wrapped but I like to be girly. Loads of juice, like, so much juice. What once was a display cabinet has now become my vape cabinet. It deserves to be displayed too, right?

Trying to resist buying a mod and wait a few more weeks, but damn the urge is killing me. I love my SnowWolf-200 to bits, love it, and I have one spare mod which is just an iStick 100w I keep as my ICE "in case of emergency" mod. But I really fancy something more. I've been really taken by the SCNDRL mods I've seen of late. A few people I have on my friends list on Facebook have got them and they look so sexy. I showed my significant other the SCNDRL and cost and he said "just buy it." But I'm trying to restrain myself. He doesn't help matters with his kidness "oh just buy yourself it", he's too nice to me. In fairness I did give him the same amount of cash to buy whatever he wanted, so we're even in that respect lol.

I'm just glad I don't have a dining room anymore or that'd be overrun too, but I can see my art studio slowly turning into a room for me to make my coils and keep my gear in. Somebody help me. (Don't. I love vaping.)
