Which Dripping Atty?

Vaped Crusader , gilliandrea is right , the prospect is terrifying , but the actual process isnt as bad as one would think.

sadly when i was born the part of my brain that allows for DIY competence was left behind in the womb.

but eventually ive managed to crack the coil ! happily vaping on a 1ohm steel cable set up as i type :)
if i can offer you anything , it would be hope :)

I like the A7 over the igo-l and similar.
The reason is that it doesn't spill, because the air intake is on the bottom rather than the side, which also gives me a more pleasant draw, but that's subjective really.
Also, the well is much deeper, meaning I can open it if needed with again no spillage. The post is adjustable to ensure contact without fiddling with the mod pin.
And I can use it with some bottom feeders too.

However the build of the A7 is far from stellar, you need to be gentle or with time the posts will start wobbling and eventually loose contact and mess up with your resistance. Definetely not made to last.

On my first foray into re-wicking a Vivi Nova I watched this video here, he makes it look so simple.

The problem I had was my eyesight, so I bought a magnifying stand, I got mine here, good value for the money and it holds my butane torch.

It maybe an idea to try re-wick/coil your Vivi Nova and if this works for you, you can then look at other types of dripper and rebuildables.
And because you already have a Vamo you can check your atomizer resistance once it is rebuilt...

I use a bulli clone dripper, which is great. It doesnt hold many drops of juice, and is a bit fiddly due to the small size but is great.

I have the octopus. When setup 100% correctly its a great vape. But it doesnt like 1 drop too much, and tends to get a bit flooded. It takes 10-15 drops and isnt too easy to rebuild.

The igo s and l. I havent got the , but i have a bit of experience in drippers. They have the air intake in the side, no gurgling / leaking. The base / well is wide, so it should be easy to rebuild. The reviews are great, but apparantly the air hole needs to be drilled up, as it is only approx 1 mm.

Avoid drippers with bottom air holes, or get a bulli or an igo.

Igo-w great little dripper ;)

OK I went for the IGO-L which arrived this morning. There's the one air hole or intake and is seems a bit resistant when I take a lug, but maybe that's me, I dunno. I've seen a guide to cleaning it posted elsewhere but I was wondering how often to drip fresh juice in? I guess a few drops isn't going to last long, so i'm assuming it's just a case of when the taste/vapour production starts to fade, take the top off and add a few more?

depending how many drops you put on your only going to get a few puffs from it, i usually see it as 1 drop one big puff :) i guess it depends on the size of the drops too, wider hole on your bottle bigger drop, when i get a big order of juices come in i tend to drip into my mini nova, take the tip off and add like 3 drops directly into the atomizer just so i can try them all at once haha

Love my Igo-L so much I've bought a second so I can have two on the drip at the same time.

Best vaping cash I've spent, superb value for money.
