The reason I asked is because boredom and excessive time are not conductive to dealing with an addiction. When I spend lengthy periods at home I vape like crazy. Damn vape is in my mouth constantly like a pacifier. When I'm out and busy I vape far less. As the saying goes... " Idle hands are the devil's workshop".
I would say spending most, if not all, your time at home with a mother who feeds you fags is not conductive to quitting smoking. Need to find something to keep you busy and your mind occupied so that you're not just constantly counting hours. No idea what that something could be for you, but I do think that you need to find something. Even if it's just something simple like walking. When you're about to smoke, go for a 30 minute or hour long walk with headphones on and don't take your fags, take a vape. I think you just need something else to focus on. Need to preoccupy your mind. Sitting around all day at home counting hours and minutes is not a winning formula, IMHO.
