What's new

Who's With Me, ( My Journal of my Vaping )

It has been 1 day and 18 hours since I quit again.

Not gonna lie, but with two permanently smoking around me for the new year, I have to keep away from my mother and niece.

Granted, she only came before Christmas and will soon go home tomorrow or Saturday.
I'm guessing you don't work Leon and most of your time is spent at home?

I used to work, but with my condition, I had done something that I ought to never do. And lost my job because of it.

And yes, I spend most of my day at home.

Granted, I do get to go to the shops nearly every day and get my injection weekly instead of bi-weekly or monthly.

I like it this way.

I used to be on 600mg of zuclopenthixol, then 500mg because I was a zombie.

Now I am on 450mg because of excessive slava at night and constant staring.

We know you have problems mate. You don't need to post personal stuff like that.

The reason I asked is because boredom and excessive time are not conductive to dealing with an addiction. When I spend lengthy periods at home I vape like crazy. Damn vape is in my mouth constantly like a pacifier. When I'm out and busy I vape far less. As the saying goes... " Idle hands are the devil's workshop".

I would say spending most, if not all, your time at home with a mother who feeds you fags is not conductive to quitting smoking. Need to find something to keep you busy and your mind occupied so that you're not just constantly counting hours. No idea what that something could be for you, but I do think that you need to find something. Even if it's just something simple like walking. When you're about to smoke, go for a 30 minute or hour long walk with headphones on and don't take your fags, take a vape. I think you just need something else to focus on. Need to preoccupy your mind. Sitting around all day at home counting hours and minutes is not a winning formula, IMHO.
