Why does vaping keep getting banned???

I have never actually been told to stop before and none of the stewards at the rugby said anything

I've gone outside at the football but just because I know some jobsworth arsehole will come and tell me I can't smoke. I can't be bothered with the argument.

Only been told I cant vape on one local pub here, non are Witherspoon style pubs though.
