Came across this today and thought I’d share

It’s a 3D printed Billet Box stand that looks rather useful. The quality of 3D printing is supposed to be quite good, and the price seems very reasonable

I got excited for a moment there - I’d rather hoped it had the .stl files.
I have a “tame” and very reasonably priced 3D print company close to me who’d likely print 3 or 4 of something like that for a similar all-in price.
I confess, I have no understanding of 3D supply costs, but they have no doubt increased (what hasn’t?) but $29 seems steep to me.

Here in Norway, it would cost a small fortune to print a small batch of 3D, so the thought never crossed my mind

Yes, I’d seen those. I occasionally look a thingiverse and yegi to see if anything new crops up Something like the one you found for $20 is what I’d like.
There was a guy on POTV (vapourier scrouge? - a bit before my time) who was making something similar but he’s not been around in a looong time
I may have to have a word with @3DHACKED - he does some nice panels/doors

Seen that one as well - And never quite understood why the picture shows it up on end? At least I assume it’s up to its end and the maker isn’t proposing BBs are stored on their sides
The vagaries of how the files are unloaded maybe?
