Same really. Haven't made my mind up yet. I still keep my distance from people, especially ones I don't know. Still clean shopping as it comes in the house and still sterilise my hands on leaving shops etc.
I've got the flu jab booked for the second week in December but I'm still not 100% sure whether or not I'll have it.
Same. Still wipe everything, hand sanitizer, hands washed as soon as get home. Don't touch my face or personal objects if I've been touching the same things as the unclean, until my hands are washed. Can no longer be arsed cleaning trolleys or baskets before using them so I don't use them, just grab carrier bags and shopping goes straight in.
They both get flu jabs too. Never had one and never had the flu in my life.
Distance is magical. Even if they get rid of Covid completely I'll still just keep swatting people away.
We'll never get rid of it then, obviously herd immunity isn't going to be a thing? jabbed for the rest of our lives, and what about the poor countries where only a few percent have even had or been offered a first jab, or offered nothing at all.
Pretty sure the top minds have already come out and said herd immunity is no longer a real possibility some time back? Herd immunity doesn't really work as wanted when vaccinated people can also carry and pass a virus regardless of whether they themselves suffer symptomatically or asymptomatically.
Vaccines alone will not be enough. That was said through a blowhorn by many at the beginning. Gov didn't listen, and they're still not.
