Today we have a brand new (bought as a spare, but these last forever) coilmaster coil-primer/ohm reader/volt drop meter and pre fit coil resistance reader. Anyone who builds or owns mechs needs one of these. It will do the job the modern coilmaster 521 tab units will do and so much more. Included with the unit is croc clips and leads to measure the resistance from the coil leads before you fit them, it has an attachment that can be used to fit your mod on so you can measure the voltage drop between the coil and batteries through the device, invaluable if you are into your mech mods and like to swap out your buttons, contact, wiring etc to get the voltage drop down as far as you can get it, anyone who has got caught up in doing this knows how obsessive it becomes!
