Im guessing its excess nic, ill explain further.

So you you measured the nic with syringe or pippete from the nic bottle and its 12mg worth right?, you then put it back in add all your ingrediants. What you havent taken in to account is the nicotine thats on all the inside of the bottle wich was proberbly more than you used for the mix, then because you hadent shaken the mix regulary it proberbly took a while for that nicotine to leach in to the mix. Just what i think happend, could be wrong thow
