I don't think we will be standing alone here! Maybe we should have our own meet else where?

absolutely I have been very passionate about efvi over the last 2 months since I found out about it I have been taking to the streets with flyers and signature sheets and i'm now getting the signature sheets into all the local vaping shops and other businesses

You sir are a diamond for how much you're doing for efvi. It's wrong that VF14 have made a decision and are not prepared to listen to reason(seeing as so many have pointed out) about something that would have such a dramatic impact upon themselves, the vendors and all the people that attend their event

@KurlMeStoopid. I feel a bit shocked that someone would think of you like that! You have earned your respect within this community. At risk of sounding a bit weird, I (and probably many others) view you as a mother figure within this site

The responses I have just seen on UKV from people supposedly on the committee??

it doesn't technically cost anything to have a stall, Wayne just asks for a donation to the raffle... prizes...

it's up to you what you donate...

so chill people, i'm sure this will all be sorted...

and the guy who wants to stove Wayne's head in with a mech mod... good luck dude, you ever met the guy? lol...
Echoing how I'm feeling a tad here, I think we should all chill till we actually know more about it from both sides.

there is possibly a reasonable explanation, I'm sure we will get too hear it

Sorry buddy, but it does....£50..00 for the stall space, £45.00 insurance, Plus a "Gift" for the raffle, not to mention the cost of getting there hire of a vehicle to transport stuff, hotel costs for the weekend as were there long before the visitors arrive and long after you've gone home......

Was contemplating actually going this year after not having been since 2011.

But this has completely killed my desire to attend.

Vapefest 2014 will be at least one vaper down on it's potential attendance.

i dont feel like goin either now

I was looking forward to putting faces to nanes. Its kind of spoiled that because I still want to put faces to names but I cannot support such a naive stance, they didn't need leaflets, a banner and a couple of laptis hooked up to mobiles would have been more than adequate.

Selfish $/^ts!

My heart is bleeding! How much in the brown envelope? To quote the den of dragons,
"I'm OUT".
