Ego W help

So I have just got my ego w in the post today from fasttech (for the bargain price of £3!) but I have a few questions...

Is it possible to fill without a needle tip bottle or syringe? I have neither or these and am desperate to try it?!

Also, can I use the batter with other cartos/clearos/tanks like I would with a normal ego battery?

I can't tell you about the atty, but yes, the battery can be used on almost all attys with 510 connector.

Hi there, I've just done some looking, and it seems almost impossible to fill without some sort of needle.
With that said have a look at the tops of your juice bottles. One might have a dripper small enough to fit.
