eliquid on the skin

Just done a stupid thing. I was trying to transfer eliquid from one atomizer to another. I've basically spilled some of the liquid on my hand. It must have been 3-4 mil of the stuff and its 18mg nicotine.

I quickly ran to the tap and washed it off with anti bacterial soap. I've washed my hands thoroughly twice. Have I got anything to be concerned about thanks?
I also spilt some on my duvet. Maybe another few mil which has now dried. I can't even see it. Am I best to wash and change the duvet?

I have spilt more than my fair share of eliquid, I won't mention the time I unscrewed the wrong part of an atty to top it up. Well, I did mention it, but not sayin it again. Anyway, you washed it off your hands so no issues there. TBH in the past I have just wiped it off (before I found out more about he stuff) and not had any issues. I also use 18-24mg btw. So the stuff 0n your hands is no issue and I woldnt give it a second thought. Duvet is for someone else to answer though.

Cheers mate. That makes me feel a lot better. I've just turned the duvet around so the top is now at the bottom. Will wash and change it tomorrow.

Yep, Diablo is right. Just wash your hands and you should be OK

Im forever spilling the liquid on my hands and many times have just wiped it off, to be fair some times i have not felt to great after getting a nasty headache kinda feeling. i would advise washing it off to be fair.

We should all be clear that if we get it on our skin it should be washed off. But at the same time, the original poster was concerned enough to ask. He did exactly the right thing and washed it off. I have never to the best of my knowledge suffered any ill effects due to eliquid. But then again I am a bad tempered git at the best of times so it might be hard to tell.

Soap and water

My first Major Mixing Episode (MME) happened about 2-3 months into me mixing I dumped about 50ml or so of 54mg nicbase all over me. Covered me from tits to who ha and down my thighs. I wiped up what was on my skin, stripped down, took a shower, chucked the clothes into the washing machine and panicked waiting for the heart palpitations, burning skin...30 mins later and I wasn't dying

Most of what we get on our skin, isn't going to affect us much if anything...new reports suggest that adults who already use nicotine, require a ridiculous amount (something like over 1000mg) in order to kill us (even though anti smoking and ANTZ people will tell you it's 60mg) and thats like injecting pure nicotine right into your veins.
