Just to add to @whit77 if you ain't got a tracking number it can take forever! but if you do have tracking it can take forever

That's what I mean. Stuff still gets lost or held up on planes or in RM sorting office etc.

what's that all about? why send back to fasttech what postal service did you use?

Singapore post. It was stuck in despatched to GB since 9th Sept so I emailed them asking for refund as it had been so long and got message this morning saying it was being returned to them

So it's the uk customs that has sent it back? I wonder if its just bad look in your case and the customs inspected your package and decided the chi you clone price doesn't match with what the package label says? I would be fuming waiting so long just for the package to reach the uk then get sent back.

I have seen on the fasttech forums if you respond to your ticket and give them the tracking number they will refund you before they receive it back as the tracking shows returned to sender its worth a try.

Thanks for the info ebayhomepc will do that now .. still not sure if i'm gonna put the order back in or just forget about the Chio-You and just wait for my Vapourbreak Nemesis to turn up ... Still waiting to see what the Vapourbreak version is like when Vern puts his review up...

Nope.

Two batches have been returned by Singpost en masse, one of them being from the 9th Sept...which included my bloody i4 Charger.
adjam1972 - let me know what they say and when, I'm convinced that our stuff never left Singapore.
