I've got a Velocity clone that gives me incredibly muted flavour but amazing clouds.. Not what I'm looking for

I've got a Unity that gives okay flavour (Better than tanks ofc) but the airflow is so tight I'm out of breath after a few puffs!

I was looking at a Derringer but it looks like a pain to build on. I've heard good things about the Indestructible but I'd rather get some opinions from fellow apes! I don't mind if it's authenic or a clone, but I'm not one to spend cash sacks on RDAs.. Thanks all :)

(( I'd prefer an RDA that can fit my 510 drip tips ))

Must have gone through 30 RDAs to find the ones that suited me best ... thankfully clones are a good and fairly economical path which we all seem to tread and end up indifferent places.
For me the journey ended with the Aeolus - first a clone v1 then the authentic v2 - and the Aromamizer v1 and v2. I wasn't cloud chasing but I wanted plenty of airflow and flavour.
The Aeolus Lite is out now so both are reasonably priced authentics.

I've recently tried the Velocity, by common view the best RDA of 2015. Yes, it does clouds and I really like the build deck and the highly adjustable airflow. It's not a flavour atty though. Why not try the Aromamizer v2 and the Aeolus Lite, which seems to have the best features of the v1 and v2? Both have chuff caps and 510 drip tip adapters, both are top down airflow designs which means they're amongst the most leak resistant.

Both of these are good, I have the aleous v2 pro and the Sapor both brilliant attys for flavour. Top airflow is excellent if your after intense flavour.

I'm fairly new to RDAs, but I've got about 15 and the best I've found is the Aqua V2 in RDA mode.

I solved the problem of the lack of flavour on the Velocity by quad coiling, but it's very hard on the chest.

The Mutation X V4 is also an excellent all rounder.

I'm not really confident for quads and whatnot. I was considering buying some pre wrapped Clapton wire.. I've currently had royal hunter, derringer, aroma miser, and hellboy.. which I hadn't heard of until yesterday. Snapdragon is a little out of my budget. . I just ordered a reuleaux and 6 batteries after all :-)

Derringer is not difficult to build on so try a tobeco clone and have a go at it.

Can only comment on what i've tried, the derringer is a must have really - its survived its 'hype' phase and came out shining. Very easy to build on single/dual coil, grab a pom/delrin tip if pushing much past 35 watts. The sapor and lush by wotofo, super simple to set up, sapor is leak free and the lush i get barely a dribble unless it a really fierce build spraying out the afc. Both come with chuff/510 options. Dual coil only though.

Was taken back by the ephro nixon, again a cheapie with a simple build deck and good flavour.

Mute 4 is option city and hard to muck up flavour unless you whack it wide open.

Evil monk, fiddly build and you have to be cautious with the top cap but a great cheap flavour machine.

I would actively put a flavour hunter off the veloshitty, it might be good at death defying watts at which point its probably easier to drink the juice (don't) - in fairness lots of people love them, if thats their thing - crack on.
