Free repair/service for mods

Here you go

Ouch, thats quite a bit just to get one wire soldered back in place. I might try locally to see if I can get anyone I know to do it as its literally a two minute max repair where it is just the one wire.

I have a DNA75 mod that powers up fine, but unfortunately a wire has came loose that connects to the 510 pin. I accidentally pulled it loose when I took the mod apart as the battery spring mechanism was not working, which I managed to sort.

I loved the mod when it worked, it was a firm favourite, but am not handy with a soldering iron myself.

Are you still offering this service, and if so could you PM me so I know where to send it?

I would be so grateful to get it working again as I know it is an easy fix, just not one I am capable of doing.
It looks like he hasnt logged on for a year but worth a tag just in case he receives an email @KytanDale
at least your not one of the one post wonders that have always been messaging him and then never to be seen again.

Thanks for doing the tag mate, you never know he might get an email like you say.

Oh no I would never do that, has that happened quite often then with this thread? I try and take part in the forum- when I got my first squonker I was messaged about a squonk RDA for nothing and accepted, it has remained my main RDA for squonking.
Then just the other day I gave away a high quality Kayfun V4 clone, I know for a clone it wasn't cheap but then again there are 41 parts to the atomiser and I could never get my head round it so gave it to someone hoping it would get some use.

I try and participate in the forums as much as possible whilst also not taking the piss out of peoples kindness.

Happened all the time. Over the years so many had posted with 1 post asking for free repair and then never to be seen again.

Not always that easy dude.
If it a plastic insulator around the pin which it usually is then the 510 assembly might need removing from the mod and completely stripping down before you can apply any heat.

Luckily there isn't one on this mod, it is just the bare metal of the 510 assembly inside this mod.
