i'm on a 3 nicotine now. how do you quit nicotine all together? who remembers the high you'd get when you've not smoked for a few days. I have no plans to going back to smoking. I had a few days break with my husband. people shivering in the cold trying to lit their cigs. now that's something I don't miss. and the dirty cig butts in an ash tray and being tempted to smoke them. plus it smells nasty.

Me and the Mrs have just gone down bit by bit. Worked for us. Spend a month on each level then drop down to the next and repeat till at 0%. Then it’s all fun!

I'm at 6mg MTL - just about
I reckon I could drop a bit more & wean myself to about 3mg
but I'm in no rush I enjoy my modest nic fix & quite chilled

Last time I tried to quit fags completely I was ripping everybody's heads off
I was such an ultra angry mega miserable cunt (a lot more than I appear on here)

So for the sake of my own safety & others around me I'm content to stay as I am

WARNING: This product contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance
(which is fucking good job as the end user is a fucking miserable cunt without it)

I dropped from 3 to 1.5 after a while then went to zero. Didn't miss nicotine at all. Now I can take it or leave it with no effects at all. I honestly think that I've never been addicted to nic and it's just the "act" of smoking. I've no intention of quitting vaping in the near future as I love my custards :D

First time with any addictive substance always provides a high (effects differ, naturally), even caffiene gives you a kick (heck even chocolate or high concentrations of sugar do to). Most of the harm from smoking isn't the nicotine, you could smoke without the nicotine(ie. take the nic out of a cig) and not be much better off health wise (you'd still be chomping at the bit for a fix though). It's nasty, but you're going to come off a bit of see you next tuesday and hypocrit trying to make too much of a stink about it knowing how hard it is to shift the habit (as one previously yourself). You get a free pass farting near a smoker though, it's only fair.
