I have been thinking a lot about finally ending my Vaping journey. I am going hours between vapes, my record atm is 3 hours 20 Minutes and even then i forced myself to have a vape. I think 1 full tank on a Profile RDTA is lasting me almost a week, i had 4 Builds in Rotation but am now down to 2, one being my Billet Box in case i wake up during the night which is quite often. Thinking about it i actually vape more through the night than i do through the day. My thought's are to quit vaping all together or maybe drop my Nicotine from 12mg to 6mg maybe. I enjoy vaping but it's becoming more infrequent everyday. It's approaching 1 year since i quit smoking, in fact it's the 9th of March. I am feeling a bit down over my situation and would love some advice. I wouldn't go back to smoking BTW. Thanks For Reading.

Everything in moderation isn't a bad metaphor in life, cut down or give up it's your choice. It has to be healthier at least.

If you're able to quit and feel like you want to, do it. All the power to you for that, I can't see my life ever not having nicotine in it, but would love to not have to worry about running out of it and such.

How many ml of liquid per day/ night do you think you are vaping? It's quite unusual to quit directly from 12mg but if you don't fancy or want to vape anymore, then it's tickety boo :)

I might add when feeling down I get like oh fuck vaping I cant be assed, but usually it's more to do with I cant be assed to coil and wick, or make juice, so I just use pods and vape whatever rubbish juice I have lying around.

I'd ditch it, if you're just as happy without it.

But if you still enjoy it from time to time I don't see as there's much harm in it. I'd keep one around as a security blnaket and if you can't be arsed, just don't use it.

I wouldn't be pressurising myself into anything. If you're vaping less, so be it.

More Power to you Sah :)
IF it were me..... I'd certainly look at dropping you Nic down to say... 6mg, then at another time come down to 3mg? nearly 10 years ago, I was only using 24mg but have been down to 3mg for the last 3 or 4 years. Can't see me reducing further yet, but you never know. The ONLY drawback I have found is that when stress levels hit, I vape more, so I now have some 9mg handy which seems to counter act any need to chain vape. :)
At the end of the day, YOU will know what's right for YOU :) So best of luck My Friend :)

I've just read your post @LordOdin and it's inspirational to me, it's only been 9 months know for me quitting the gaspers. I'm still on 18mg and am hopping to start a slight drop . One day I hope to quit nicotine all together . Congratulations to you for getting to the point where you could see yourself quitting the nic.
