My first RTA.

The Kylin's a great tank when you get it right, but there's no way I'd recommend it as a first RTA. It could put you off rebuildables for life.

For a gentle introduction, I'd go for the Mage V2. It's simple to work with, and mine hasn't leaked a drop or even wept in 6 months.

Another recommendation for the mage V2.

Take a look at the Crius 2 single coil. And also the Advken CP 810 Edition.

I asked this exact same question about RTA’s a month a go on here. I purchased the Zeus single coil,haven’t looked back since. Found it very easy to set up and wick (help from YouTube) with no dry hits or leakage. Would recommend to start of with. Know you said you was looking to make your coils but have a look at coilology 7 in 1 box (ni80 version), 42 coils for £11 (was recommended to me also).

I completely agree with this - I got it in this morning and am loving it so far! Plus have heard good things from quite a few people on it now.
