Thank you all for your replies.

Hi

If you're just a beginning vaper then an eGo Twist battery is an excellent choice. There are a LOT of different brands of eGo and they pretty much all look the same.

There are 2 main types fixed voltage ones and VV ones and the big brand names to look for are JoyeTech, Janty, SmokTech and Vision.
The "Twist" is a brand name for JoyeTech VV "Winder" is what SmokTech call theirs and "Spinner" is the vision name. All the same thing, and all good quality that's likely to last a while.

If you get an 900 or an 1100 battery then 1 charge will last you for about 1 day (it depends on how much you use it and how high the voltage you use it at exactly) you should get at least 300 recharges out of a reputable battery so a good vendor should offer you a pretty good warranty on one (we do 6 months)

All of that is not to say that some other batteries are no good but those names are currently the better ones. Lots of people have reported that some of the cheaper batteries are working fine for them but it's a bit of a lottery if you go for one as it might last you and serve you well or it might pack in a month after you get it. Getting a decent brand name battery does not guarantee that your battery is bulletproof, it just means that it's much less likely to go wrong. Either way if you get something from a vendor who offers a good warranty then you should be OK even if it does go wrong.

All of the eGo batteries will vape the same so which vendor to choose and which brand to choose comes down to personal preference and who has the best deal on for you.

Aside from eGo batteries one of the best starting mods out there is a Vamo. For value for money a Vamo is hard to top. Also in a similar price range are the ZMax (SmokTech or Sigelei) SID, SVD, MVP and itaste VV.

I've used all of these and functionally they are very similar and the best one for you is down to price and looks.

For atomisers evods make excellent starting atomisers, especially paired with an eGo. For a little extra money a ProTank is also good. (Go with a mini PT if you use eGo and go with the larger version if you choose a bigger mod)

Hope this helps :)

That helps greatly I think Il order a couple of the winders later on
