Needle nose tips for larger bottles?

I have a set of 10ml, 30ml and 50ml bottles that all take the same needle nozzles. Can't remember the make but I got them from a local Hobbycraft art shop. They're meant for glueing, detail-dying, that sort of thing, but they work fine for vape juice. (Bizarrely, it didn't occur to me to use for them for that purpose until @MrDJ recently suggested them for an awkward tank and I thought hang on, I've already got some of those. Duh!)
