Nemesis clone auto firing even without the switch/bottom cap screwed on??

My nem clone has been firing by itself even without the bottom cap switch assembly in place does anyone know what is going on here the battery it came with is a Sanyo battery which the vendor had added a protection circuit to.

Sounds like the bottom pin is higher then the black delrin so making contact all the time make sure the pin should be lower the. The black delrin or just adjust the top pin so you got abit of slack but can still fire it when you press the bottom button

Add a photo so we can see how you have the nemi set up

Rip out the protection circuit, these are simple tubes, no need to complicate things

This is my nemi, unlocked with an efast 18650 battery

Yours should look similar but you have an extra ring on it

I can't seem to fit the battery in without the extra ring I believe the battery is taller due to the circuit board on the bottom

Yes would be my answer,also where did you get the battery from? With no markings on it I would be dubious if it was a genuine Sanyo. Get yourself a decent flat top from either Torchy boy or MEpack.
