New to TC Vaping advice wanted.

Hi, first post and relatively new to Vaping , brand new to tc. Have recently purchased a sx mini q mini and am planning on running my kylin rta on it with a pair of stainless steel fused Clapton coils on there 3mm coming in at around 0.21 ohms for the pair. Was wandering what best to set the q mini at for tc little confused with the whole joule thing. Was thinking around 70j at 425 Fahrenheit. Any advice welcome and apologies if seems daft question. Thanks in advance

Hi and welcome.
Ive just started using temp mode and its pretty straight forward.
In short simple terms the wattage setting will need to be enough to provide the power to heat the coils up to the temprature youve set.
So for example the boiling point of water is 100c so start at that and gradually incease till it gets to where you want it.
If your watts are too low you will realise as it wont provide you with enough power to heat to what youve set the temp at.

So if I usually vape @70 watts in power mode I should set the joules the same and just change the temp to suit?

Hello welcome to the forum, I run twin & single 316L fused claptons & spaced single wires at 40 watts and 230 degrees C that is a cool vape which is what i prefer.
