The only one there I've tried is the Smoant Charon TS, which unfortunately was very poor in TC mode. Again unfortunately, some chips are great in TC and some barely work, if at all. Joyetech/Wismec and DNA chips perform brilliantly, for instance, SMOK horribly or not at all. See how you get on, will be interested to hear how the Voopoo drag performs in TC.

I have the Cylon and Battlestar. Both work really well in TC mode. Personally, I prefer to use manual TCR. For 316L stainless, I go anywhere between 0.00092 to 0.00098. A really good build for single coil is twisted 28g 316L. In my Siren 2 I have 8 3mm wraps which comes out around 0.6 ohms. I don't space twisted coils and it works really, really well. 420f @ around 30W.

I do space normal single wire coils though.
