Been on a bit of a mission today after i threw the vamo out the 1st floor window and it went splat (crazy lack of nicotine moment) forcing my decision to buy a new mod, but, after the problems that flying pigs turd gave me i want to avoid 2 major issues that resulted in its lack of flying ability.

1st and foremost, air channels, when fully tightened into position i want to be able to suck the air without the need of 3rd party like airflow controllers or washers.
This has been a more easy to find request than the 2nd.

The 2nd request is probably more important than the 1st. A spring loaded contactor in the 510 connection. Its been a nightmare trying to find as hardly anyone ever describes this in the reviews or product description, but after experience 9.9ohms regular with the vamo on certain atty's i would rather avoid that problem again and get a device that isnt going to laugh at me if i over tighten slightly to avoid it wobbling like a weebly wobble man.

Now upon doing some digging, i have only managed to find 1 device that shows the springloaded contact, thats on the L-rider transformer (god awful device):

Can anyone confirm or deny if the SID is springy? i have found conflicting info on that one.

Can someone point me in the direction of a nicely powered VW/VV device please. sub £100

thanks for quick replies.

The tesla was a device i looked at a while back, really didnt like the open battery channel but thanks for the suggestion.
Thansk for the confirmation on the SID, shame looks like a great device.

Does anyone know about the performance of the Lambo v4? just found that one at a great price by L-rider again, but concerned at performance as it is cheap.

Ok, found another for review the k200 info please and thankyou :P

I can answer this one two, the lambo v4 was my first "proper" mod and it performed great and gave a nice vape, no vw but it did the job and did it well :)

MrPT Pink-Mule.com have the lambo 4.0's in various guises in their clearance corner... think they are all spring loaded :D

Thanks for replies guys still researching and yer the lamb v4 appears to of been the vamo's predecessor in popularity.
I think I an pretty much settled on the apollo vtube. Part of the lavatube family but a new version has just come out with some decent feedback. So if anyone has any last words on this device or other recommendations I won't be ordering til tomorrow.
