What is it with Chinese vendors and videos nowadays?

FT wanted me to upload a video to show that my coils didn’t wick, so I sent them a 10minute clip of a static mod and atty.

I’m not Spielberg, I have no grounding in film.

This being said, I am releasing a Director's Cut soon, direct to DVD.

I'm accepting pre-orders.

I'm no champion pickle jar opener (damn that Reginald Bosworth and his "inconclusive" drugs test), but I managed to perform a successful power up test on my DB. I don't know if its because its the black version and they were in a different batch, or just blind luck but I only needed a bit of pressure to get the battery cover on.

If a Chinese company asks for a video do it. Just run out and buy a small Winnie The Pooh toy first and get it into the video somehow. That'll learn them.

the contacts aren't sprung as such they are bent supper hard "friday night 12 pints and a donna kebab take on all, hold me back type things" they give but the 2 downfalls are if you drop the mod they break and the door flies off at 2oo miles an hour

but they will give but the first push is like giving birth

Mine fell off the outside window ledge,took forever to find the clip.The batteries were now too loose so I had to bend the contacts to work.
On the plus side hardly any damage cosmetically to the mod.

When you say clip do you mean the battery door mate ? Because they now sell those as spares on Squids own site and they're not a rip off

yeah, for sure, definitely worth looking into, 40 dollar shipping is a lot for some $10 parts, I wouldnt mind organising it if theres enough interest
