Have you dialled the TCR of resistherm into the mod? i.e. 320
Yes, the Dicodes defaults to the Resistherm NiFe30 wire and sets the TCR to 320

I am of the opinion that flavour increases as the heated surface area of the coil increases, when you compare at the surface area of a round wire coil to all the little nooks and crannies of say a dual clapton coil there is no comparison. When I changed from single wire micro coils to complex coils it was as if someone had waved a magic wand over my juices.
I`ve never been a TC vaper so I cant compare but there will be vapers on here who do sub ohm on complex coils as well as TC vaping so maybe one of them may chip in. Maybe it`s just a case of finding a build that you can make consistently then small tweaks to improve the flavour, good luck.Maybe I'm expecting too much from the single wire, single coil set-up in TC mode. The flavour is definitely improved on this latest build, but still not as intense and with the clapton coil.
Hmmm, I’m not sure if I agree completely with that. In my search for the perfect mtl vape, I’ve been playing with both a while now. Imho, I think it’s quite dependent on the type of flavor and the vg/pg. I find that there are lots of juices, especially more delicate tobacco juices and some fruity 50/50 juices, that do much better with a simple round wire build. If I’m going for complex dessert juices with a higher vg content, I prefer a fused clapton (and even then it’s difficult to find the temp with the best taste profile). Been using the same 1ohm build for both (stainless steel), and am very happy using round wire most of the time. Although the surface area argument is real and I do notice a difference, I suspect it is more applicable with lower ohm builds.I am of the opinion that flavour increases as the heated surface area of the coil increases, when you compare at the surface area of a round wire coil to all the little nooks and crannies of say a dual clapton coil there is no comparison. So why not try a SS Fused clapton?
