UK Gov To Ban Disposables?

Humza Yuseless, total belter...

Come back Boris. Come back Nicola
I know you’re a lying sack of peroxide blonde shit, that you put us through two years worth of hell and locked us all indoors, all whilst you were drinking tipples with your mates and having orgies in the chamber of commerce but what you’ve left us has been like a real life version of strike it lucky.
And Nicola, the Krankies may have finished but I for one still would. That is as good a reason as any.
Worlds gone to shit.

P.S if Liz Truss is about that would also be preferable to this shower. Thanks

Was quite shocked yesterday. Went to Chelmsford yesterday and in the middle of the indoor town bit was a vape stall and a big one. All he had was disposables, thousands of them, nothing else. When I looked over his stock, over 50% were illegal, 7000 puffs up to 20000 puff disposables.
When I challenged him I got told i dont know what I'm talking about back in very broken english.
After I spouted the rules and regulations he just turned his back on me.
How the hell is this allowed to happen? It's not as if it was a back street market table, it was professionally set up right in the middle of the high street. A blatant disregard to the laws of the land.

He should have some form of licence from the council so you could report him to them, maybe take some pics.

This proves how unenforceable the regulations are...he's probably so many he doesn't know the difference and will not be clued up on what's illegal and what's not.

More likely he doesn't give a toss and nor will he when they're all illegal after they're banned.

aye, the lot of them being illegal will make this a lot easier.

Well I can't ever remember seeing one single post on this forum from anyone to say they agree with the 2ml TPD limit so if I am supposed to react with horror I'm just trying to get it straight in my head what I should be horrified about?

Is this simply a matter of saying he shouldn't get away with breaking the rules because all the legit vape sellers all have to comply? . . . Of course he shouldn't, but then none of us agree with the 2ml limit anyway.

Or is this because of the heinous waste of the sheer number of these things being vaped and then just tossed into the gutter and yet we are told we should be horrified at a ban because these things are proven to be the best thing since sliced bread.

There is no case for saving disposables IMO and if they all disappeared tomorrow I wouldn't give a monkeys.

The 2ml TPD rule is mind numbingly pointless and I don't actually use a 2ml tank, for me the issue is about what's in the juice of illegal disposables.
