Apparently all products registered with the MHRA are given an identifier, EC-ID, which should appear on the product packaging of e-liquid and tanks and can be checked.

Imo if you can't recharge it and/or you can't refill it or replace the pod/tank when you've vaped all the juice then it is a D. Defining what is a disposable for the ban will be fun.

It's a tricky decision as to which waste of space I'd vote for and none of them give a toss what the electorate think anyway so more likely than not I won't bother though Labour will be worse for vapers.
