UK Gov To Ban Disposables?

in fact we don’t (or i don’t) even know if all the apparently legal ones actually are legal. does anybody go checking the mhra approved list before they buy a new type of disposable?

Nope I imagine they just assume they're for sale so are legal. Not sure even if they did they'd have much success, I didn't, see if you can do any better.

I've removed it, and I frequently remove links to non tpd compliant disposables. It's crazy just how many UK sites openly sell these kind of disposables nowadays. Enforcement seems to be non existent.

Well, if there's zero enforcement now and vendors are happy selling illegal vapes, why would they care if all vapes are banned? Just means they'll have more illegal vapes to sell.

Indeed, but they will just try and regulate further, rather than an all out ban, quoting the failure to halt disposables.

It seems like a very odd statement to make.. and has the vibe of "let's ban something that's already banned"... (that's happened in quite a few other countries)
