Im also wondering if they are deeming them illegal once they have tested them... so legal to start off with....then illegal....the articles are unclear to me on this...were they legal to buy in the first place before testing....maybe it's just me though

they are illegal if they’re not approved. to get them approved you need to send a notification with the test report. i’d guess if the report wasn’t up to scratch a manufacturer wouldn’t submit it. seems like a pile of shite to be honest, so many loopholes possible.

So the legal ones are 100% safe n sound, tested once and not pulled off the street for testing by anyone ever again or they would be deemed the legal illegals (Im sure there's a tribute band in there somewhere) fk this for a rabbit hole

Hence why so many liquid manufacturers struggled with reformulation (no diketones) of so many dessert flavours for the TPD...
.. they never tasted as good again...

I've removed it, and I frequently remove links to non tpd compliant disposables. It's crazy just how many UK sites openly sell these kind of disposables nowadays. Enforcement seems to be non existent.
