Vapes and mouth ulcers

In my case it was down to oral hygiene. I stopped getting mouth ulcers around 30 years ago when I started using Listerine.

I started getting them again soon after I started vaping, together with bleeding gums, but regular flossing has eliminated both.

I had a small cluster of 3 or 4 on holiday and put it down to chain vaping whilst drinking. Been home 3 days now and they're gone.

I do get them, specially while vaping either high PG juices or juices with some mint. Otherwise I dont have this problem.

Whenever i feel that I am about to get one, I start gargling with warm salt water and that helps a lot.

Im on 90% pg and still got one the other day. Before that not had one in years. Doubt its vaping. Could be owt though, even stress or tiredness can bring them on...
