Well I must admit, can't fault Ehpro for there customer service. I emailed them to highlight the problem with the first kelpie RTA that I received and showing them the churned screws etc. Now Vaping101 was brilliant and instantly sent out a replacement. Ehpro has sent me another two one black and one silver.

Today I received my replacement Vim from @JAC Vapour as there was an issue with the fire button. TBH I was only expecting to receive the unit but in turn received the full kit. Means I now have an extra tank. Absolutely fantastic CS that certainly lives up to the billing that people rave on about. Thank-you again @JAC Vapour
