I've managed to beat both Alcohol and heroin, over 5 years clean from heroin, alcohol since the 7th October last year. There have been other substances like Etizolam when it was legal, I would buy the powder and make a 1MG/ML solution with propylene glycol- this started my benzo habit as well, eventually I was getting Xanax in bulk and easily popping 5-6 2MG bars a day.
I got put on diazepam where I was dependent, I am still prescribed them but have reduced my dose to less than a third myself over time.

This is the last one I have to beat, and I am hoping I can just cut it out very soon, not just for money but so a substance is not controlling my life.

I obviously had to label the 250 or 500ML bottle of propylene glycol so I didn't accidentally mix it into my vape juice, I doubt etizolam or flubromazolam are good for your lungs, also I imagine it would make vaping a tad more addictive lol

Isn't that Ritalin? I never knew at one point you could get that legally, although I was more into downers when the RC scene was legal. I did used to enjoy the odd night on the mephedrone/MCAT when you could get that, I remember how badly that burned your nose, it bloody killed!

I need to be brutally honest with myself right now, as I am already on it, I got my first one at about 10:30 AM.

I am spending around £80 a day on the crap, and feel I can't function without it.

I really don't know what to do.

Well I tried a small 10ML test bottle at 15%, and have to say it needs more flavouring. I can just about taste something, but not like juice you can buy.

I will likely increase to 20% like I did with the previous versions of mothers milk, I will make up a 10ML sample to make sure it is not too strong then make up the 100ML bottles at the percentage that seems right.
