What's new

What's going on with the ELiquid Market?

Did you not read the post you quoted. I have tried it. I’ve been diying for getting on 2 and a half years.

And I don’t honestly think I’ve been particularly condescending. Aside from a little snark. Which I apologised for.

You do have a habit of trying to belittle people who don’t share your view, granted you aren’t very successful but you try, anyway I’m going to bed, have a jolly good evening

Making people feel 'borderline retarded' ? ...... fine, I'll say nothing else. There's enough people in this thread making themselves look silly enough without me having to help with that.

I wasn’t actually referring to you, you make me feel ike a ferrari

Well this went off piste quickly! I leave you all for a few hours and look what happens... :30:

On pricing, I have no issue at all paying £4+ for a good quality 10ml, I've seen the amount of time and effort that some manufacturers put into their product, they earn & deserve every penny of that money. To those taking issue with this price, never look at the price of Red Vape, you will die with a leg up!

To invoke a comparison, why do people buy BMWs when they can drive a Lada Riva for a fraction of the price? Quality, reliability, experience and wants. Same principles apply to nearly all consumer goods, eliquid included.

If you just want the nic at the cheapest price possible? White label liquid is available. If you want a quality vape with great flavour, those are available aswell, but obviously they cost more. My initial post was relating to fact many companies are coming along now offering white label product at quality liquid price, just tarting it up with shiny labels.

Just so I'm not showing bias, I have DIY'd for years now, I also purchase alot of liquids from retailers. Why? Because certain liquids can't be replicated and others I simply want to support a great liquid maker and show my appreciation for the hardwork and talent they provide.

88vape make bog standard MTL juice £0.95p 10ml, I make juice £0.20p 10ml why does it cost £3.99 or more from other sources? It's the same ingredients? Or is it not? 88vape have the same costs surely? I really want to know why some juice costs £3.99 or more for 10ml.

Why does it bother you so much that there are parts of the juice market that are more expensive than you think reasonable as long as you have options in your price range, what difference does it make to you (or me - I am also not in that market) ?

You can buy a bottle of wine for £3 or £3000 and anywhere in between or baked beens from 20p to £1. Does it matter that we can not or will not buy the more expensive stuff.
Even if you were right about it being basically the same stuff, if others want to buy it at the price then that part of the market will exist.
Most markets have a range of prices for goods, and as long as someone can make a profit at that price, that part of the market will be catered for.

I probably spend less on my vaping than anyone else on the forum, but can not understand these perennial attacks on the price of juice from
manufacturers whose juices are well enough appreciated by there customers, that they willingly pay the price. They can pay the price they want for the juice they want and we can do the same.

Yes very good, I think the incredulous , “have you never created anything in your life” would prove you’re statement incorrect, and if your argument had any substance I would happily discuss it, goodnight

How was that anything other than a question? Admittedly a snarky one, which again, I have already apologised for. Reading incredulity in words on a page is a bit of a stretch.

This whole argument is so fucking boring. It’s the same shit that gets repeated time and time again.

The answer is, if you think it’s expensive, don’t buy it. The end.
