Simples, Apple has got the money to hide this and being an American company Obarma can even overturn decisions made in the hi courts that go in favour of samsung

The president has no authority to turn over any decision made by the supreme courts, nor can any other single governmental body in the US do it.

No, not saying that at all but if it had been a samsung product there would of been instant recall and questions asked in Hi places but Apple can do no wrong, only stating my opinion.Will admit tho I am a samsung user,my O/H HTC, we have tried Apple and sent them back within the 14 day cool off period due to battery life,locking up whereas our current phones and tab never had issues, again thats us many Peeps out there swear by Apple products

It wasn't a court at all

An import ban was imposed by another governmental agency, and the administration overturned it... These two articles explain it pretty well.
