so in 5 days time i havent smoked for 7 years! can't believe it! but i still dream about lsoing my vape and smoking! also want doctors because i was scared i've got copd! i did smoke 40 to 60 roll ups aday! doctor said i've not got it! i just have phlegm in the back of my throat! but better now i dont smoke! hoping to get to 10 years smoke free!

Well Done @lene , I have had a lot of phlegm recently but i do have copd and asthma. Vaping doesn't seem to affect either and overall i do feel better in the breathing department, i do have inhalers but very rarely need or use them.

11yrs last September for me. The only time i was able to stop smoking in 35yrs. Vaping was the game changer!
