Thats obviously a fake, exist wound for 1, focus is different on the thumb and drill bit and its a masonry bit, there is no way it would go though a finger that cleanly.

Didn't bleed because the blade spins fast enough to cauterize the wound as soon as it happens. Saw this happen plenty of times when I was doing a metal fabrication & welding course in high school back in the states.

I seen a guy put a disc cutter through his knee, that bled like fuck!

Bunkum, you could only do that if you tried, unless using a post with a really fast drill speed. maybe if the bit was smaller. But surely you would remove the bit before going to A&E? you don't need a doctor to do that!!! What was she drilling? That'd be some airy draw.
