Hi twoca

I'm not qualified to answer this, but I seem to remember we have a few members with diabetes as I've seen it discussed elsewhere onsite.

Why don't you post a separate question in 'New User questions' or 'General Chat' about diabetes and vaping/sweeteners, etc, as you might get more traffic and replies there :) VG (Vegetable Glycerine or just plain glycerine) is in itself a carbohydrate, and used for sweetening foods amongst other purposes, but so far having a quick scan of the forums I can't find any people having problems with it, however you should make your own mind up on this

going slightly off topic.. where did you find a nutmeg..?? how have you found it vapes..??

Freshly grated nutmeg is one of my all time favorite smells.. :D

I got it amongst my first DIY order from 28vapes - doubt they'd have it now, though, as they've been having a closing down sale for ages

It's a nice vape - very authentic and very strong - only need a little

Ditch, Kandi-Hed Vanilla Custard is just re-bottled FlavourArt :) I have a bottle here that was going to be part of my custard blend but due to the brand I have looked elsewhere instead.

I use head kandi vc and I have been working on two mixes, one with maple syrup which seems to have gone down well with the folks that have tried it and one with banana... Oh and there is another that I'm gonna go back to as it was nice before the maple one:-)

Banana cream was the last one and that was a good mix. I haven't had the time but I'm looking to find some good combo's

I have mixed many different variations of VC and to me this is my favourite

Its quite similar to PVC

Capella VC 18%
PA French Vanilla Deluxe 6% (i know this contains dicatyel but its in such small amounts, i am willing to take the risk)
DDL 2%
EM 2%
Vanillan 1%

Leave to steep for 4 weeks minimum.

Also for a nice Rhubarb & Custard, just add 4% CCW Rhubarb concentate

I have just done my first VC mix.. wanted to do a whole batch at the same time but not had chance this weekend.. now at the back of the steeping box, so will be a while before I get a taste/verdict..

Ditch's 1st Vanilla Custard
18% Capella Vanilla Custard
3% PA Dulce De Leche
1% FF Cream
1% FF Vanilla
1% EM Super concentrate
0.3% TPA Sweetener (1 drop)

Can't do a Vapours-R-Us mix, as it looks/tastes like the have sent me a mislabeled bottle of Horehound.. they are sending out the correct VC FC

Ditch's 1st Vanilla Custard
18% Capella Vanilla Custard
3% PA Dulce De Leche
1% FF Cream
1% FF Vanilla
1% EM Super concentrate
0.3% TPA Sweetener (1 drop)

This recipe is a winner.. 1 month steep & its gone in 2 days lol.. personally I think its better than Steam Gunks Captain Custard, but taste is subjective obviously, but it deffo has MORE flavour (back to back tests done)..

Just ordered 50ml of Capella VC concentrate, so I can make up rolling batches, I would not bother with Vapors-R-Us VC concentrate it might be cheap but its.. ermmm crap lol..
