My tuppence worth: Kicking off about this matter on forums and Facebook is going to do nothing but be divisive.

Here's a picture of some puppies:

I'd rather send my hard earned straight to the efvi than hand it over at vapefest at the moment. The attitude the its not important to inform and allow people make their own decision pisses me right off.

Its alright saying the organisers of vapefest are not paid, to my knowledge, neither are the peeps at efvi, who's going to benefit me and mine in the long run? And the millions of smokers who may not ever get the chance we have as vapers?

That's my problem with all of this, its the UK's best opportunity to reach out to people not aware of what's going on, and a petty minded "it'll spoil our fun" attitude, wont cut it if the proposed regulations are petmitted to come into play, its alright saying we'll fight it in the courts, but we had people fighting it in the eu, look how well that went, do they really trust that the courts are any less corrupt at this level? Because I certainly don't wish to squander one possibility on the basis that another MIGHT be effective.

(Rant over, I think breaking my only 510 connector might have bugged me a touch, going to have to make something now).

its also the im alright jack mentality that some people have thats annoying

they say no leaflets from anyone so we're probably not allowed to promote it in anyway shape or form

I think that's more a thing from the owners of the place, to do with littering - not 100% sure though. It's an agricultural show venue I believe - you'd think they'd be more concerned about people spilling e-liquid mind you :)

yes indeed as we all know how evil eliquid is what with the antifreeze and chemicals

I think we should wait to see what happens now. If they are in talks then we should wait what happens.

1 vendor has all ready publicly stated that they will back out ( a confirmed vapefest attending vendor ) and applaud them for standing up for whats right!
