Wasn't having a dig mate, just genuinely want to know why this would be a concern to someone? To answer your question though - your particular Goon is exempt from the TPD as it is 'used goods'.

That goon pre dates tpd by probably close to a year so no issues buddy. Rda' s as a whole seem to be a grey area. But as so far a soft approach has been applied to the vape world (except the poor juice manufacturers) . Unless you are going up to people in e street blowing clouds in their faces you are sound.
Some shops are still stocking rda' s some have chosen not to risk it.

I've finally nearly mastered wicking, i do it so there's plenty of airflow and the flavour + clouds are phenomenal compared to any other tank
