I've only been accidently given 12 pints of milk from Tesco. Gave that back lol

so yesterday got in from work to another amazon parcel, this time it was a pair of techtonic wireless headphones, actually quite decent, again didnt order anything from amazon and have checked my account no charges no record of these at all today i have them in work, hooked up to Spotify listening away while working happy days, now should i contact Amazon and raise a concern or hope the gravy train brings in a new drone next ??
