Got fat?

You're doing well there [emoji1319][emoji1319] although I think the fatman football will be a different matter altogether. When I stopped playing for about 15yrs and then tried again I ended up puking my guts up after about 10mins. I hope you fare better
It’s fat men innit. And I’m planning on standing 20ft from goal and doing a Linekar. :D
 
Lineker was never booked throughout his career, something tells me you'd have trouble emulating that
I too have never been booked.

Plus, I’ve shit myself on a pitch far more times than Links. I’m already more accomplished.
 
I use me belly as q table to hold my mugs when im slouching in my chair. Quite convenient.

Im starting to think about one of the hgh supplements or something, because no matter what i do my belly wont go away.
It showed up when i was 43.
 
Stop fannying around, do some yoga
I do need to stretch more. Most of my exercise is situps and rowing macine

(I can do 50 situps no problem, and its a lot of upper body weight, so there must b muscles somewhere in there)

Be careful with sit ups, they can put incredible strain on the lower back, depending on the method employed.

I miss doing yoga, terribly so.

Eh, i stick my feet under my dresser, i think what makes it bad is trying to do it with your hands behind your head.

Pushups tho r real hard on my back. It apparently takes a lot of back muscle to hold u in that plank position

(Even b4 the pandemic, i was biking a cpl miles a day. This gut seems to b permanent for some reason)

If you have any issues with your lumbar spine, or regular pain down there, don't do sit ups.
