I have been trying to smoke with the Joytech riva ego 650 mah and I find it inconsistent. I can only get a decent 'throat hit' occasionally and that's what I miss most about not smoking regular cigarettes. I use the 24mg liquid and have just got the 1000 mah battery, but it's still pretty useless, so I'm back on the roll ups. WHY do they not send any instructions??

I keep the batteries topped up constantly and don't fill the tank up too much, but it's still inconsistent...I feel like I've wasted 50 odd quid!!

Am I doing something wrong? :banghead:

What is the atomiser on your device?

Hello Windy - I started with an eGo tank system, and to be honest, used the tanks* for about three hours and never used them again. I found they gave a very weak and muted vape. I switched to Boge Low Resistance cartomisers and things changed over night! Even though I've got rebuildable this and thats (which I really don't like, but are a "just in case" back up), I always go back to my beloved Boge Cartomisers.

Drop me your address by PM and I'll send you a standard resistance Boge for you to try (I haven't got any low resistance ones anymore) - you might like it, you might not - and you won't have to buy a pack of five to find out you dont! :2thumbsup:

*I'm assuming they are the plastic mouthpiece thingies that push into the top end of the atomiser.
