Have you tried the cartridges ? They list them as standard resistance, would PM on Ethelking and take offer as you will find vast improvement also look at getting another tank such as a mini nova that would suit the ego, it will reignite your passion for Vaping

On the clear tank, are the wicks long or short?


you will have to keep the tank about 1/2 full all the time and tip it up every once in awhile in order to keep the coil wet.

I haven't tried the tanks so can't comment there, but DO try the cartomisers - I use them in a DCT (Dual Coil Tank) and they give a brilliant vape, much better than any clearomiser AFAIK.
Try not to be despondent - there is so much kit out there, and so many different combinations, let alone so many types, strengths and mixes of juice, that it will take you time to settle on the preferred delivery method, strength of juice and flavour. Stick with the process, and please ask if you have any problems - we have all been where you are now, and can help you to get the best from your kit and your wallet!

Oops, meant to mention that I also use Mini Novas and find them great too! I like the fact that the heads are replaceable, saving me money, but they look OK on my Vamo mod, but also acceptable on an eGo battery too.
Great value, and give a good rounded vape IHMO

Yes they are but assume the ones you had were Pre filled, would try a clean new one and try with a juice you like,

Windy to pick up on Marks post - were the cartomisers pre-filled? If they were, do what Mark suggested, otherwise, if they are empty they don't have any juice in them and will taste burnt (and generally bloody awful!). I'll post up some instructions in the "How To Section" - sad sod that I am, both the wife and the daughter are out with their mates, leaving Billy No Mates here on the PC!
