think a lot of the people that arent having this specific issue themselves just need to remember that these aren't new designed mods they've been out over a year and this issue a couple of people are having isn't a common one at all, I've seen the issue of over compressed contacts more than this one, the contacts just need pushing down a little
3f should be replacing them if you're having these issues though, or paypal claim for refund

I'm guessing this is down to the recent change in manufacturers. To be honest, I'm more angry with the service from 3FVape than I am with the mod .... which I still think is class. I'd just like to be able to use it .....

Treating batteries this way is dangerous and shouldn’t be the official response to a design problem.

There is an test to see if you can fit the door on

Turn the mod upside down put a battery in and push the battery down with your thumb it should move by about 1 to 2mm the springs do move but are very hard if they were as they say inflexable they would not move at all

It’s a bad design fault though

I'd recommend that you guy's that bought one send messages to Gina here on the forum explaining how bloody dangerous this is and that they could be getting themselves into deep water. Plus. Replace or refund my bloody useless mod.
