What's new

The Dreaded TPD begins, be aware !

If you had bothered to read the whole thread you would see i have

So you did....

Any more?

Sorry for being sceptical, it's just that I find it odd that only one company in the whole of the UK knows how the law effects their business....

Think that's where I read about that company that set up another company to sell nic then.
I think its called UK nic ? Or something like that.
i honestly don't know if that's what happened or the nicotine site have been going a while it's just the point the law on nicotine hasn't changed only in relation to vaping

don't know i only asked one place if i could still get 72mg and getting that link was the result i found a place as easy as that.

Some may not want the expense of branching out jus to sell nic to people who mix at home.
Others maybe keeping it under wraps until after the 20th may and then launch a new company selling nic online .
There maybe others out their that we area yet to find out about.

It will be interesting to see his all this will be policed and enforced. Other company's also may be waiting to see how this be policed before setting up anything new.

Maybe but it just doesn't make any sense to me ....why would you use this grace period to sell your 'vaping' nicotine off cheap, when you could have just got another website address and carried on as you were? I guess we'll see soon enough but it's all very odd.

Don't get me wrong i bought extra nicotine because it's been cheap and future isn't 100% certain but buying litres of the stuff so you can no longer have food in the freezer is crazy it degrades yes that process slows down when frozen but there are O2 atoms in both pg and vg which will over time degrade the nicotine even unfrozen if stored properly can have a shelf life of about 2 years on average when you buy it usually says 18months. Freezing it slows the O2 atoms down but they still do there thing slowly so you can't freeze it forever.

not really they won't do it has obviously as that there would be too much of an obvious connection to vaping and although would be lawful would be as good as openly sticking there 2 fingers up at the EU and they would get the arse lol

^ This CO are obviously not a vaping B&M/CO and a chemical firm, wouldn't Lucemill be another for the same reason?

I think the OP has a point, nic isn't just sold to the public for vaping and the TPD ruling "seems" to only apply to that, as others have mentioned we will have to wait and see if these chemical firms will keep on selling to the public or not.

you will still be able to get nicotine as before just not from vaping places

Good morning Tim,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

It does from a tobacco/vaping associated business where there are suggestions and directions of use where as its blatant that it is being used for this purpose.

Outside of this, it is already pharmaceutically regulated and licenced to a 75mg limitation. Of which 72mg falls under.

We at The Alchemists Cupboard, from May 20th will no longer be able to sell this, but our sister company Nicotine UK will be able to handle all your needs for 72mg.

Kind Regards

Hi everyone,

When I started the original post it was on a slightly different tangent. as scrumpox knows.
But I am not annoyed by this, in fact the last 24 hours posts have been both interesting, and at times amusing, that's the whole point of this site ;-))

Anyway, most of the guys will know I have enjoyed it, as you would all have received likes, thanks, or lol, in the last half hour.

But to the point, before I sound like a rambling old man.........
Timwis, there are several companies at the moment saying the same thing as the one you mention.
Used one of them (really cant remember which at the moment....) several times previously, all okay, but when I ordered some nic recently twice, it all ended in "throwing teddies out the pram" and bad feelings.
Even the MD calling my mobile.......

All the other apes, what do you think

Regard badboybez
