Flattened Ni80 Coil building

@itbitesa5head I've been blasting my aromamizer supreme pretty hard and it's been great. That is the second build I posted in this thread on the postless deck.
It will work out good for you if you wick correctly I promise, no matter what kind of tank.

Yeah I'm leaning towards bad wicking.
I finally perfected my wicking technique a few months ago - this seemed to be the one thing I couldn't quite get bang on, even after 6 years. But now it seems I've taken a step back.

Just practiced a bit more tonight and seem to have it figured out so will apply that to the SMM and flat wire tomorrow!

I have a feeling that everything I own will have flat wire in it soon!

Got my flattened ni80 today

First build in my Serpent SMM, 6 spaced wraps coming in at 0.41ohms, initial impressions - seems pretty nice! Good flavor and clouds at 60w, certainly on a par with the ss flapton that was in there, and much less metal to heat up.

Been using this wire in my Billet box clones, in both the Insider and the Exocet.

2.5mm dia 7 wraps at 0.42 & 0.44, coils touching (not much room) only need to put 18 - 20w through them for great flavour and good vapour production.

Had the wire over from my squonking days!
