As a side note, I met a guy over here who is starting a vape shop and the prices he will be charging for juices are bloody eye watering . A 60ml short fill will end up at about €25 with the nic shot. With smokes at 3-4 euro a pack it is cheaper to smoke!!

Yeah, that's why I still dual fuel.
As I worked all over the world for twenty years in some places I went vaping was frowned upon, and on the point of being banned.
Also, as you say there is cost involver, cigarettes were always cheaper, in some places as little as £1 a packet, and I always bought a few cartons back when I was going to be home for a few weeks.
So I would never admonish anyone who sill likes the odd smoke / a few fags a day as well as vaping.
The times I find myself having more smokes are first thing in the morning, and if I am out with friends that all smoke, the times I have the least smokes are in a couple of bars where vaping is allowed inside. In one of them the other day, sitting at the bar were 10 vapers, 2 smokers, and 2 non smokers.

What's even better is that I am staying at my Dads so this is a VERY cheap break from the Scottish winter. £55 for return air tickets and some spending cash is all I need

Well done @Hedders - a sure sign you have cracked the smoking habit. I did the same thing, vaped solely for a month or two and had a moment of weakness and stubbed the smoke out after a couple of drags, not enjoyable at all. Enjoy the rest of your break!

Portugal is one of the few EU countries that has tax on e-liquid. That being said, you can find decent price eliquids in portugal. To find those can be tricky.

It's okay, with all the traveling I hacked the heat in Thailand, India, and Hong Kong, so I will be fine. How much is a taxi from the airport over there,
