Basically, I'd do what @eyeball kid said, use the cuff of a glove to pull it inside out and off hand one, then use that to remove glove 2. Wash, then remove mask by keeping your hands well away from the face and from behind so you are only touching the very end parts furthest away from where the mask sits on the face. Bin and wash, then wash some more.
Thats how I was taught anyway.
Another correct answer mate, it's heartening to see how many apes do understand it.
I always selected the right glove for what I knew I was going to do, so if not delicate work I would go for a slightly loose glove, that way I could ease them off half way down by tugging on the fingers, then shake them into the bin, on precision work involving picking up, and inserting 2mm grubscrews, then a tight pair was needed, and take off exactly as you described.
