So my chrome decided to be a turd and mix up my two addresses and post codes. I had no idea, and spent all day annoyed that my stuff had taken 3 days longer. I spoke to the owner Philip about it every day, and we discussed getting through to Royal Mail. He was even online at 6:30 am!
He went through the effort to fully investigate the issue with Royal Mail, calling them and everything. He eventually found the fault and rung me! Was a massive surprise for a vendor to go to this length. I must admit, I am very happy with them. The prices are very good for tanks as well. Massive amounts of respect to this company, I would highly recommend.
